Researchers, academics, professionals, postgraduate students and emerging scientists are invited to submit original work that advances understanding across the breadth of physiology and related health sciences.

Submission guidelines

  • Oral or poster presentation
  • Title maximum 20 words
  • Abstract body maximum 350 words
  • Written in English
  • Structured as Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion
  • No tables, graphs or figures
  • List all authors and affiliations
  • Identify the presenting author
  • Accepted presenters must register
  • Submissions must be made through this website
  • Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted

Review and notification process

Submissions will be assessed by the scientific review committee for relevance, scientific quality and fit with the programme. Outcomes and any required revisions will be communicated to the corresponding author. Abstract outcomes are provisionally scheduled for 21 September 2026.

Presentation files after acceptance

No poster or PowerPoint file is uploaded with the abstract. Once an abstract is accepted, the corresponding author will be contacted by email and given a dedicated upload link.

Digital poster

One-page 16:9 landscape PDF

All posters will be displayed on digital screens. Prepare one widescreen 16:9 landscape slide, ideally in PowerPoint, and export it as a single-page PDF. A1 and A3 are not used because their paper proportions do not match widescreen displays.

Oral presentation

PowerPoint

In-person and online oral presentations must be submitted in PowerPoint format. Online presenters are strongly advised to provide both a standard version and a narrated backup, with narration and timing set on each slide.

Presentation duration, slide specifications and the final upload process will be communicated after abstract submissions have closed.
